For Custom Gear, we ask for 3-5 weeks whenever possible. The more time the better but we understand things happen and we will always do our best to help you out of a jam if we can by expediting the process.

Unfortunately, no, once an item(s) is made specifically for you and your team, it cannot be returned as there is no market for us to resale it. If you ask nicely, we are always willing to help on the remake best we can. Another reason we often suggest not putting names on the uniforms, that way you can sell it to other team members, we see this quite often.

Yes, and the best part is you can have input as to what is in the package. We would love to discuss what your team needs are and how we can help create a unique team package just for you!

We do our best to keep uniforms true to size as much as possible. That being said, we do offer size charts for you to take measurements and order the size that would best work for you based on those. If you are still questioning what size to order, please reach out and we may be able to offer further assistance!
